CONFINS assists multi-finance companies to manage customer acquisition, resource optimization, operation compliance, financial, and regulatory reporting requirements along with capturing growth opportunities and streamlining financial operations.

The firm also works on several modules including marketing, loan origination, disbursement, account maintenance, amendment, insurance, asset document management, collection management, recovery and, funding. All these modules are built on the CONFINS platform—an application which is a supporting layer consisting of several engine modules, namely the workflow engine, rules engine, approval engine, journal engine, asynchronous reporting engine, batch process tools, notification engine and the SLA engine. All these engines have been developed using the .NET Framework technology that is considered to be quite open and easy to integrate with other solutions in the market.

ADI-Mobile on the other hand provides mobile solutions for the CONFINS system or any other existing CORE Systems. “Currently, we have three modules designed for use in lending businesses, namely the mobile order, mobile credit survey, and mobile collection modules,” adds Guntur. The Mobile Order module allows salespeople at the dealership to conveniently submit prospective customer data using their mobile devices. This solution also helps companies to improve their customer acquisition processes by reducing the data delivery time, cutting dealership visit and data checking costs. While talking about AdIns’ other solutions Guntur says, “Our Document Solutions help customers to store all documents electronically either by digitizing paper-based documents orby allowing uploads of file-based documents by storing them in a secure repository.” The documents are archived into logical folders, based on the index specified during the scan or upload process. These Document Solutions are also highly integrated with AdIns’ CONFINS system and ADI-Mobile system that stores all electronic documents in a single entralized location.
