Microsoft Unveils New Solutions for Enterprise Modernization Pushing Digital Transformation
FREMONT, CA: Microsoft announces a series of new offerings that empowers organizations to stay ahead in the mobile-first, cloud first era. The latest announcement includes new Microsoft Office 365, Dynamics CRM 2016, and Microsoft Power Apps for business, analytics and security.
The newly announced solutions that include Office 365 enterprise capabilities, Dynamics CRM 2016 and PowerApps are poised to drive digital transformation.

Office 365 enterprise capabilities
The new capabilities of Office 365 offer a complete meeting and voice solution for its customers by facilitating a platform for calling, conferencing and sharing through Skype Meeting Broadcast. It also offers Public Switch Telephone Network (PSTN) calling, PSTN conferencing and Cloud Private Branch Exchange.
The innovative services built on the Skype for Business integrated within the Office 365, enables organizations to replace their meeting and phone communications. The Skype for Business makes easy and intuitive connectivity among the colleagues in the company as connecting with the family and friends in the Skype and uses many communication forms.
The Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) conferencing gives users to join in a meeting by dialing-in from any telephone with the existing feature of single touch join on the PC, smartphone or browser.
Skype meeting Broadcast can seamlessly create virtual meetings for up to 10,000 people, attending virtually from any browser.
Cloud PBX (Private Branch Exchange) helps the companies to avoid separate PBX systems and transition to the cloud with Office 365 as the central location for managing the users. The Office 365 users with PSTN calling can also subscribe to Microsoft managed calling plans and phone numbers, starting in the U.S.
Dynamics CRM 2016
Microsoft announces Dynamics CRM 2016 bringing advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities of the Cortana Analytics suite.
Intelligent selling with cross-selling recommendation enables sales reps to predict the product demand in the sales cycle. Intelligent Customer service with knowledge article recommendation empowers service agents to solve queries of customers immediately by providing answers to their questions. Intelligent social with machine learning capabilities powering sentiment analysis, as well as the ability to process significant streams of data to detect social posts that are likely to be customer service cases or new leads. The CRM 2016 is embedded in productivity tools including Office 365 and CRM app for outlook is also enhanced, delivered templates, simplified the creation of personalized sales documents in word, and access to CRM documents across SharePoint, Office 365 groups and OneDrive for business for enhancing productivity, mobility and customer service. Full offline mobile capabilities are provided with the ability to create task-based mobile apps, mobile application management with Microsoft Intune and next-gen Cortana integration, and Mobile Marketing available with SMS capabilities with Dynamic Marketing in four countries.
