FROM 1975 "A computer on every desk and in every home." TO 2019 “To empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.”

This new mission statement says it all about Microsoft, that it is all about empowerment of people and organizations. And how well are they achieving to empowerment and circle almost every computer user across the world, through the utility of the company’s computing products, NEW and OLD. What stands out for me significantly in Microsoft’s corporate mission statement are Empowerment, Every person and every organization on the planet, To achieve more.

And this is possible ONLY when one is passionate about walking the talk and there is no doubt Microsoft is not just Walking the Talk but they are ROCKING it…

Microsoft for me personally and for the Companies I work for and have worked in the past has been a Key partner for many years.

The standard bread and butter product of Microsoft – MS Office, I may not be wrong to say that… anyone who is a computer user in the world has surely used MS Office. And over the years they have stepped up the game and have covered everyone of the technology users in some way or the other be it Hardware, Software, Entertainment, Enterprise solutions, Developer solutions and literally enabling PEOPLE with Information and Technology – AnyWhere, AnyTime which is certainly enabling People and Organizations to Achieve More.

Especially in the world of TODAY, Industrial Revolution 4.0, where Customer or User is literally the KING, there is more information about anything and everything available on the NET and in the CLOUD, and this is being consumed. And based on this consumption the customers and end users have the knowledge, insight and the POWER to ask ‘What else can we get, What next are you giving me’ and in such an environment a provider, a supplier has to be PREPARED, READY and AHEAD of the Users… And the question is… Are Microsoft PREPARED, READY and AHEAD for the FUTURE.

The way I see it and I am glad as a FAN of Microsoft to say, YES, Microsoft is PREPARED, READY and AHEAD

Azure is expanding and new Azure solutions being launched (Azure Arc, Azure Synapse Analytics and they continue to be affordable.

Business Applications – And made easy, users can make their decisions based on What they Want, by category, by industry or by product. Everything thought through by Microsoft in collaboration with Industry experts.

Creating a NEW and Sustainable Automotive Ecosystem, partnering with Automotive Industry leaders and finding ways to Collaborate with other Info. Tech Organizations – Coopetition… compete where you need to and Collaborate where you can and creating a Win-Win for the consumers

Working with Government, empowering them with their Tech needs in a way that the Governments are Empowering their Citizens and Societies – Smart cities, Transportation, Health and Social Services, Tax and Finance, Public Works and others. And Microsoft has found a way to Work in geographies and with governments where the other Tech giants have found it difficult to even break the ice.

Microsoft has indeed COVERED US ALL and COVERED US WELL … be in HealthCare, Retail, Government, Financial, Transportation, Automotive, Education… YOU NAME IT. And this is just been possible due to Microsoft’s Passion for EMPOWERING PEOPLE TO ACHIEVE MORE and in doing so, Microsoft continues to STAY AHEAD of the GAME, Achieves More and Achieves Faster than the Consumers ask for it.

THE FUTURE is NOW and Microsoft is a big part of creating the FUTURE.
