While PTT’s focus for the near future lies in investing on social networking collaboration, it plans to leverage platforms such as WeChat, LINE, Snapchat, and collate the information gathered from these channels together in its solution. “Essentially, PTT aims to enhance and provide its cloud-based services and products to clients in the Asia-Pacific region, expanding to Singapore, Taiwan, and Malaysia in two to four years time,” Ben concludes.
